We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will support our Solution growth in diverse markets around Sao Paulo. The perfect candidate should have significant experience in real estate with a deep understanding of technology and data with an emphasis on the residential market in Sao Paulo. The candidate will join our growing team and tackle complex and challenging projects while working in an entrepreneurial environment and developing some of the most diverse and transformative projects in the Prop-tech.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and menage the Sales Operations and Business Development of propdo in Brazil.
- Creates a Portfolio of customers and collaborations that use Propdo br product in Sao Paulo and collects feedback while suggesting improvements.
- Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, developing and communicate recommendations to companies and investors. Support product development and define customer needs and opportunities.
- Support innovation projects including customers interviews, insight generation, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in sub-market data sets.
- Identify opportunities and Create collaboration with local organizations and companies in the AI-residential market.
- Work closely with data, product, and marketing teams to address insight and ideas while implement them in the team process.
Experience & Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication (including presentation skills)
- Business and Sales experience
- Passion and Deep understanding of the Real Estate market
- Advanced skills in English
- Complete Graduation; academic background/Real Estate Broker/Analyist
- Good analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills demonstrating aptitude with numbers;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a collective environment (hands-on);
- Strong Self Starter/Personal Accountability/Analytical Thinking/Problem-Solving/Time & Priority Management Skills
